Process to design visitor ID cards and manage visitor’s record using ID Cards Maker - Corporate Edition
Step 1: Download and install ID Cards Maker - Corporate Edition on Windows PC or Laptop.

Step 2: Run ID Card Designer - Corporate Edition and select “Visitor ID or Gate Pass Mode” to design visitor ID card and gate pass for visitors and manage visitor’s record.
Step 3: Select template category and choose any one sample for ID card. Select card size or custom card width and height as per requirement and press OK button.
Step 4: Fill all required details to show on visitor ID card, add photo on ID card using camera option or browse image path from computer system. Use drawing tools to add text, barcode, signature, watermark, image library, symbols and other designing objects on visitor ID card as per need.
Step 5: Similarly design back side of ID card with all required details of visitors and various designing objects. Now click on “Add Visitor details to DB” button to save visitor details in database for future reference and manage visitor’s records.
Step 6: Visitor details has been saved successfully. If you want to view visitor records, go to “Visitor Records” menu and click on “Show Visitors Records” option.
Step 7: Here you can see all visitor record, you can export all visitor records in excel file by clicking on “Export in Excel” button. If you want to view specific visitor details then double click on visitor record in list.
Step 8: Wizard shows selected visitor details. You can export visitor details as Image, as PDF file format and sent to single or multiple email address.
Step 9: For Click printing designed ID cards go to “Standard Toolbar” and click on Print option. Adjust printing settings as per your requirement and press “Print” button.
